Membership Agreement THIS AGREEMENT WAS LAST UPDATED ON MAY 5, 2003. PLEASE READ THE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT BELOW. BY USING THIS SERVICE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ALL AMENDMENTS MADE TO DATE. CaringParents.org is a health information and research service. By completing the registration process, and using CaringParents, you are indicating that you are 18 years old or older, and agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Membership Agreement. You may print and keep a copy of this Agreement. CaringParents may change the terms in this Membership Agreement, and will notify you by e-mail or online postings when changes are made. The changes will also appear in this document, which you can access at any time. If you do not agree to be bound by the changes, you should not use CaringParents again and you should cancel your membership to our service. If you use CaringParents after subscribers have been notified of a change in this Membership Agreement, you are agreeing to be bound by each and all of the changes. PRIVACY OF INFORMATION Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to CaringParents, to understand how we collect and use information about you. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES If you believe someone has accessed CaringParents.org using your account without your authorization, you must contact customer service through the information provided in the Contact Us section. You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred to access CaringParents.org through an Internet access provider or other third party service.
