- Providing a resource or service, or component of such, which is of particular and substantial value to parents.
- Having a transparency of financial support. All advertising should be clearly distinguished as such, and the policy regarding advertising should be easily located, and clearly explained. Additionally, a clear explanation regarding all other sources of funding must be readily accessible or made available on your site.
